Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the product has been used or affects our second sale, we will not be able to provide a return service. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Step 1: You will need to contact our customer service and provide qualifying photos to support your return.
Step 2: We will confirm if your request meets the return criteria and send you an email with the results of their review; Step 3: If your return request meets the criteria, we will send you an email.
Step 3: If your return request is approved, we will give you a new mailing address and you will only need to mail the item to the address we give you.

Please Note:
1.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.If your return request is approved, please do not send the item back to the original shipping address, you will need to mail the item to the address we give you.
3.Depending on each customer's address, the time it takes for your returned product to reach each customer will vary.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been accepted. If your request is accepted, we will refund the full amount of your order to your payment account within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@ppluto.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at service@ppluto.com.
